Year 5: week beginning 8 May

Da iawn Blwyddyn 5, you have all worked very hard this week.  We have enjoyed using the Chrome Books to finish our web presentations. Also, we produced databases about Greek Gods and Goddesses, and created questions for another pair to answer.
Next week, our maths focus will be multiplying a 2 or 3 digit number by one digit.  We will be learning what home life was like during Ancient Greece.  We will be hot seating the characters of Perseus and Medusa and acting out key scenes.  On Thursday, it is our Values Day for honesty.  We will be thinking about why honesty is important and will be discussing the advice we could give others.  In Welsh, we will be writing about someone else using third person.  P.E. will be on Wednesday and Thursday as usual.  Reading books and homework (maths sheet) need to be in on Tuesday.
Have a lovely Coronation weekend.
