We have had another brilliant week this week in Reception!
A few highlights have been making bear binoculars and going on a bear hunt in Welly Wednesday and having lots of fun for Pudsey day!# enterprising, creative contributors.
We have danced with Pudsey, played Pudsey says, made pudsey cakes and had a Teddy Bears picnic with Pudsey. Thank you all for making your Children in Need donations and dressing up for the day. #ethical, informed citizens.
It was lovely to chat to lots of you on parents eve this week. I’m really proud of how all the children are developing and it was nice to hear that you are too.
There is a letter in your child’s book bag to ask them to bring a Teddy to school for the day on Tues 23rd Nov. It can be an old or a new teddy. It will help us with our work on old and new toys.
Next week, we will continue our bear theme by making some story maps for ‘We’ re going on a Bear Hunt’. We will also look at the story of Goldilocks and the 3 Bears to help us with ordering in Maths.
We hope you all have a well rested weekend.
