What an exciting week we have had this week in Year 1. Especially today with a special visitor dropping by! Tinsel the Elf has come to visit for the Christmas season. He’d written us a letter explaining that he has been sent with an important task to complete! He is here to make sure everyone is on the nice list. Fingers crossed! The children were so excited to meet him and to see all the new Christmas areas. I know we’re going to have lots of fun wrapping presents, designing toys as well as decorating the tree. We finished off our Superhero’s topic by making a brilliant Superhero mask which the children took pride in designing. As well as having fun creating a superhero sock side kick! Well done everyone.
