We have loved being back in school with our friends this week. 😁
We loved reading the story ‘Sharing a Shell’ by Julia Donaldson and have used the beach as inspiration for some porthole art work! They look fabulous on our classroom display! 🐚
We have had lots of fun learning through our play in the role play corner where we have been swimming, surfing and even scuba diving in the sea! We spotted lots of sea creatures too! 🌊🐬🐟🐳🦈 We have also been exploring lots of amazing sea shells!
We heard about the miracle of when Jesus calmed the storm in Class Worship and then retold the story using our own words and pictures. Mrs. Phoenix was very impressed with our writing.
Next week, we will be diving further into the ocean to find out more about what lives there. We just can’t wait.
