Winter has well and truely arrived this week in Reception! The snowy weather has given us lots of inspiration for our work especially in Art, Maths and Phonics! ☃️
We thought about cold colours and hot colours and produced some beautiful collages for our class display. #enterprising, creative contributors.❄️
The snow wasn’t deep enough for building an actual snowman but that didn’t stop us! We made some cheery snowmen using patterns for their hats and scarves. They look very familiar too? 🧣🧤
Next week we will be taking part in the RSPB Big Bird Watch. We can’t wait to get bird spotting! We will be making bird feeders and creating some bird paintings too. 🐦
Love will also be in the air with Dydd Santes Dwynwen so we will be thinking of who we love and how we show our love too. ♥️
We’re also really looking forward to our visit to Ruabon dentist on Tuesday to learn all about how we keep our teeth healthy. 🦷😁
