Next week we will continue to learn about Henry VIII and will be creating a Jam Board to sow who his six wives were. We will then be using what we have learned to write a report. In maths we will be finishing our work on decimals by learning how to multiply and divide by 10 to get a decimal. We will then move on to column addition to add 4-digit numbers. We will finish our work on Tudor medicine and think about how it compares to the medicine of today, for this activity we will be taking on the role of doctors and patients. We are nearly ready to start making the basic structures for our chairs and hopefully next week we can begin to make them.

PE will be on Tuesday again next week so please make sure that pupils are in their kits for the day.

Reading books are coming home today. Homework is set on Google Classroom this week. You will find it in your assignments in the Homework topic. Your job is to find a minimum of 5 facts about Henry VIII. We have already carried out some research in school but there are lots more interesting facts to be found. Remember to use Kiddle as your search engine so that you know that the websites you find are child friendly. Should you wish to complete this on paper that’s fine, please send it into school y Wednesday next week.

Have a lovely weekend.

Mrs Williams and Mr Kennard.
