Today pupils have enjoyed coming in their own clothes for Red Nose Day. Thank you to everybody for donating money to such a great cause!
Next week it’s photos day on Monday so please come in your uniform. Today we were due to do a litter pick but on reflection, as it’s muddy in places, pupils would have needed to wear wellies. Pupils will now do this instead next week. I will let you know when we’ll be doing this on Monday so pupils can come prepared, either with wellies or trainers they don’t mind getting muddy.
During the week pupils will be using their story map to write their own fairytales. In Welsh pupils will be making an All About Me poster and in maths we will doing some division work.
Homework is reading books. I have also given each pupil a handwriting sheet. They do not have to bring any handwriting in by a set date, but is instead for them to practise with as/ when, particularly their ascenders (tall letters, e.g. t, h, l, d) and descenders (e.g. f, y, j)
Have a great weekend.
