Reception: Weekly round up!

It has been another busy week in Reception. Well done children for creating some excellent work for our Art Gallery. We have been really interested in King Charles and the Coronation and have been very clever at writing some sentences about the King! #ambitious, capable learners.
We enjoyed our Value Day and thinking about honesty. We will watch our seeds grow and remember to always tell the truth. #ethical, informed citizens.
Next week, we will be busy preparing for our class assembly which takes place next Friday at 9.30am  in the school hall. Family and friends are welcome to come and watch us.
We won’t give away too many clues to our assembly theme but I would like you to come to school next Friday wearing colourful clothes!
Each child has got a line to learn in their homework bags, so please spend time helping your child to know this off by heart for Monday.
There will be art work, music and dancing to practice next week too! We are going to be busy bees.
Have the best weekend everyone.
