We have had a very busy week enjoying lots of winter themed activities❄️⛄ including: creating the first letter of our name using winter colours; writing our names in sparkly glitter; drawing patterns on big pieces of paper to develop our gross and fine motor skills; counting and matching the correct amount of stars to the correct numbers on mittens; playing in our class areas inside and outside……the hot chocolate roll play shop is a favourite! We have loved singing and dancing, especially to ‘Have you ever seen a penguin come to tea’🐧!
Next week we will be creating melted snowman art and learning all about St Dwynwen’s Day and doing St Dwynwen’s Day craft. We’ll also learn how to look after birds in the winter. and going bird spotting in our school grounds too!
Children have brought home letters explaining how to logon to Seesaw with their individual codes……please see Seesaw for photos.
Have a lovely weekend
