Year 6 – Happy Half Term!

A wonderful last day to end a jam-packed half-term!

Year 6 spent the morning finishing their sculptures and having one last go at their ‘Symud’ challenges. Photos will follow after half-term when they are all dry.

We explored the final few elements of our topic ‘Symud’ including exploring magnetism. Year 6 moved around the classroom finding which objects were magnetic.

On Tuesday, we visited the Prayer Stations where year 6 had the opportunity to explore the theme ‘compassion’ in more depth.

Today, year 6 finished their busy week by creating cards for their loved ones. Keep your eyes peeled for some beautiful cards!

We hope you all have a wonderful and well-deserved break after a very busy term. Don’t forget, no homework has been set but we look forward to receiving your blue reading books on Thursday the 22nd of February. See you all soon!
