Blwyddyn 4 represented the school brilliantly at Ysgol Rhiwabon and on our visit to Llandudno. They have had a lovely week but I am sure that they will be ready for bed tonight. Photos of our visit to Llandudno will follow next week.
Next week is our final week together and it is an incredibly busy one!
On Monday the pupils will be writing a recount all about our day in Llandudno today. On Tuesday we will be completing our DT topic on packaging, the class will investigate ice cream packaging then design and make their own.
On Wednesday we will be watching Charlotte’s Web (please let me know if you do not want your child to watch it) and then we have our Year 6 leavers service in the afternoon.
On Thursday we have a special service in the morning followed by some games to end our year together.
As we have a such a busy week we will not be having a formal PE lesson so the pupils will need to be in uniform all week. However, we will try to get out for a final game of rounders or cricket if the weather is kind to us so please make sure that footwear is appropriate e.g. no sandals or crocs.
REMINDER- we will be voting for our year 5 school council representatives on Tuesday so please make all manifestos are in by then. Also please make sure that completed flu forms are returned to school by Tuesday in preparation for September.
There are no reading books this week but if anyone is still reading one, please make sure that it is returned by Wednesday next week, thank you.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all parents and carers for their ongoing support this year, it is always appreciated. It has been a pleasure to teach Blwyddyn 4.
Have a lovely weekend,
Mrs Williams, Mrs Burgess and Mrs Probin
