Year 4: weekly roundup

Pups have worked extremely hard again this week. They have written some detailed expositions about Bengal Tigers and are developing their understanding of division.
Next week we will continue with division and will begin to think about calculations with remainders. In science we will begin to learn about what plants need to grow. We will work together to plan an investigation.
Mrs Williams has been really impressed with our Welsh speaking this week. Next week we will continue to practise speaking about someone in the third person.
We will continue to read Charlotte’s Web and will start to create a report all about spiders. We will also begin to think about how we spend our recreational time. We will use Excel to create a pie chart.
Homework this week is a sheet to practise dividing. reading books are also coming home today.
Remember PE kits on Wednesday next week please and don’t forget that Wednesday after school is Year 3 and Year 4’s turn to go to the travelling book fair in the hall.
Have a lovely weekend everyone!
