We had a roaring good time on Monday when we launched our new topic….. Dinosaurs! We discovered a dig site outside our classroom and discovered some fossils and dinosaur bones buried there. We then had a look at them in class and talked about what Dinosaurs they might be from and how old they could be. Later, we took our time to draw and write about the fossils we had found. We wrote about how they felt, what colour they were and even measured them with a ruler to say how big they were. We also enjoyed exploring all the other dino areas! Well done Year 1!
