Da iawn pawb for working so hard this week😊. We have loved continuing our Autumn craft this week by making hedgehogs using leaves for prickles🦔. We have listened to an Autumn story on the interactive board and played a game guessing what made a particular Autum sound e.g. children kicking leaves, wind whistling through trees, a squirrel eating an acorn🌰! We sat in a circle and enjoyed passing vegetables round, naming them and describing how they looked, felt and smelt……’stinky’ was a popular description!
We were amazing when we used the percussion instruments to play to the beat of ‘I am the music man’, ‘Humpty Dumpty’ and ‘The Grand Old Duke of York’! This was definitely a favourite activity that we will do again soon🎵.
Next week, we will be practicing pencil control, playing ‘colour splat’ to name colours, play maths games and singing and dancing to ‘I’m a Dingle Dangle scarecrow’.
