We have had a busy time celebrating our Welsh Week. We have: sampled Welsh cakes for our snack; created amazing Welsh love spoons and learnt about the symbols; completed painting beautiful daffodils; played in our role play shop ‘Siop Blodau’ and our house with our Welsh family; created daffodils out of ‘loose parts’ and built a Welsh Castle🏰 in our construction area. We loved taking part in our school’s Eisteddfod this morning and we were amazing getting up in front of the whole school to sing our song ‘Mr Hapus ydw i’. Da iawn pawb!
Next week we will be talking about all the great things our Mummys do for us ready for Mother’s Day. Frog spawn have just arrived in our Reception class so we will be watching them growing with great excitement🐸🐸.
