Christmas Concerts
Tuesday 12th December – Years 5 and 6 Christmas concerts 1.30pm and 6.30pm
Wednesday 13th December – Years 3 and 4 Christmas concerts 1.30pm and 6.30pm
Thursday 14th December – Years 1 and 2 Christmas concerts 1.30pm and 6pm
Friday 15th December – Nursery and Reception Christmas concert 10am
We are starting the Nursery and Reception concert slightly later now at 10am due to the junior children going on a trip and busses arriving at 9.15am to pick them up. The doors will be open at 9.30am for parents to come in and keep warm.
Entrance to all concerts will be at the bottom of the white stairs by the hall. Please do not arrive at the concerts without your tickets – this is to safeguard everyone. The concerts will start promptly at the above times so please be on time. Remember to please park safely and courteously and avoid blocking in other cars or driveways.
When the day concerts have finished, please wait on the yard to collect your child at the usual time and place.
Please drop off the children for evening concerts at the breakfast club door at 5.45pm for Years 1 and 2 and at 6.15pm for Years 3, 4, 5 and 6. When the concerts are finished, one parent/guardian will be able to go and wait in the canteen to collect the children. Please do not arrive before these times as there will be no staff available to let them in.
If there is nobody watching your child during an evening performance, please come to the breakfast club door to be let in to the canteen to wait for your child.
·Year 1 and 2 should be ready to collect at 6.30pm
·Year 3 and 4 will be ready to collect at 7pm
·Year 5 and 6 will be ready to collect at 7.30pm
