News: After School Clubs This Year

Dear Parents

Welcome back to the new school year.  We would just like to update you with our plans for after school clubs this year.

We will be running a selection of clubs over the academic year.  All clubs will be capped at 30 pupils (apart from Steetvibez being 25 and Yoga being 20).  Details of all the clubs are attached.

For every club run by St Mary’s staff, there will be cost of £1 per child, per week which will be used to cover the resources.  This must be paid in full when booking your child’s place via Parent Pay.

For any clubs run by outside agencies, prices may vary to cover their individual business costs.

Please note that some of these clubs may be cancelled at short notice due to teacher commitments.  If this is the case. we will inform you as soon as we can and we will refund you for the missed sessions.

We will be sending out induvial emails to the year groups with clubs running this half term so please keep an eye out for further information.

For clubs running later in the year, we will email you at the start of every term.  Please don’t worry about booking child places yet, Parent Pay will be updated and these clubs will be added each term.
