Please see below reminder from the Children’s Immunisation Team regarding the Nasal Flu vaccinations.
This is a courteous reminder regarding the upcoming nasal flu vaccination session scheduled to take place on Thursday the 1st October.
Please could you send a reminder to all parents and guardians to complete and return their child’s flu consent form as soon as possible if they have not already done so – see link below.
To ensure we can vaccinate children during the scheduled school session, consent forms need to be completed at least one week before the date of the session.
Please also highlight that any consent forms received later than 3 working days before the session date cannot be processed in time. Unfortunately, children whose forms are received after this deadline will not be able to be immunised in school and will instead need to attend a catch-up clinic.
We would be grateful if you could share this reminder with parents and guardians to help ensure all eligible children can be vaccinated at school as planned.
