Dear Parents
Due to the high temperatures expected tomorrow (Thursday 25th June), our Primary School Cluster has decided to give parents the option of picking up children at 1pm.
Children can be collected from the breakfast club door. This is optional and rest assured that school will still be open as normal and those children not being picked up at 1pm will be dismissed as normal at either 3pm or 3.15pm. We will not have available staff to dismiss children safely between 1pm and 3pm as they will be in the classrooms with the children.
We will only allow children to leave at 1pm if they are being collected by an adult.
Ysgol Rhiwabon transition will be taking place as normal so there will be no changes to the school day for those attending Ysgol Rhiwabon. If this does change, we will let you know as soon as we can.
Unfortunately we will not be running Funded Early Education tomorrow afternoon.
Our play and stay sessions for new pupils will still be going ahead as planned.
Let us know by 11am at the very latest so we can ensure the children are ready to go. If you are collecting a child who goes to Jumping Jacks or Little Dragons, please ensure you also let them know.
