Year 5: Week beginning 30 January

Bore da,

Well done to everyone for working hard all week, especially in Maths.  We started converting between grams and kilograms on Friday.  After finishing this, we will focus on converting between ml and l.  Monday, we will finish drawing and writing about the rooms in a Victorian home.  Also, we will make a batch of bread and use this to help us decide what we would like to add to our own bread recipes.  We will design our own bread ready for baking next week.  In Science, we will be making switches to add to a circuit and using symbols to draw circuits.  On Thursday, we will be swimming.  Reading books and homework (maths sheet) are due in on Tuesday.
