Pnawn da pawb,
I hope that you all have had a lovely weekend.  Firstly, I would like to say thank you to all of you for showing such kindness and compassion this week.  I am very proud of you all.
In Maths, we will be continuing to use a protractor to measure angles, then measuring parts of a circle.   After reading the story of Perseus last week, we will be writing about the character traits of Perseus and Medusa.  We will be using the story as a basis for writing our own myths.  Also, we will be continuing to research Greek History.  The focus for Values Day on Thursday will be honesty.  When we discussed possible activities for our topic, one of your good ideas was to do P.E. as if we were training to be a Sparten.  So, get ready for the Sparten exercise on Tuesday!  We will be going swimming on Thursday.  Reading books and homework (Maths sheet on paper) are due in on Wednesday as usual.  Friday afternoon is our marble jar reward.  We will be watching a film and you can all come to school in your pyjamas (or comfy clothes) ready for a chilled afternoon.
See you all in the morning,
Mrs Hodkinson, Mrs Hughes, Mrs Leighton and Mrs Edwards
