Today there will be various activities released relating to St David’s Day. We will be having a class Eisteddfod with the same theme as year 5 have each year, Welsh love spoons. This will be the main activity for the day and would like to see you put a lot of effort into this task. The entries will be judged when we return to school and there will be a prize for first, second and third place.
It is World Book Day on Thursday, so will be having another themed day with a fun ‘Extreme Reading Challenge’ too.
Rest of the week: Maths – We will be continuing our work on averages, learning about how to find the mean. Science – Last lesson of our electricity topic. We will be reflecting on what we have learnt, asking further questions then spending some time answering the questions generated by the class. RE – Lent / Easter continued Welsh – Asking and responding to questions from the matiau iaith. Themau – Victorians KWHL grid and British history timeline.
We will also have some more fun activities released on ‘Feel Good Friday.’
We hope that you are all safe, well and enjoying the work.  We are so proud of how you have been working and look forward to seeing you all in school soon,
Miss Harper and Mrs Edwards
