Blwyddyn 4 have blown us away with their maths work this week. They have confidently been adding three digit numbers using the column method. They have also written some excellent diary entries which they have copied up for a display this afternoon. We are very proud of all of their efforts this week.
Next week we will be learning how to multiply a two digit number by a one digit number. We will be learning about thermal insulators and then we will use what we have learned to design a coat for Michael in Kensuke’s Kingdom to keep him warm and dry in a storm. We will also be writing a non chronological report about a holiday location.
PE will be on Monday, hopefully the weather will be kind to us and we will be able to get outside. Please make sure you bring coat in case it is cold.
Homework this week is a reading book and a reading comprehension. Please return these by Thursday next week.
