We have had another lovely week in Year 4. We have learned lots of facts, some of them disgusting, about The Tudors and have enjoyed writing in English and Welsh about Alice. We have also been busy learning to add larger numbers using the column method. Homework this week is based on this learning.
Next week we will continue with column addition in maths and we will challenge ourselves to add three or more numbers in a column. In literacy we will be speaking as Alice and recording videos of ourselves doing this. We will also continue with our dialogues in welsh. Our science work continues along the theme of Tudor medicine and we will be busy coming up with our own disgusting cures for the plague. We will also be learning about Henry VIII and what kind of a king he really was.
PE will be on Monday as normal and then again on Wednesday when Liam will be in to do some more Real PE with us.
Have a lovely weekend everyone!
See you all next week.
