Back in the classroom we had a go at creating our own clay roses as an emblem for our families. We looked at the Tudor rose and how it was a combination of the roses representing The House of York and The House of Lancaster.
We also organised the key events of the Tudor period onto a timeline and then used our ‘Pupil Power’ to come up with things that we would like to learn about linked to our new topic.
