In Y3 we have the V.I.P room were pupils complete missions independently (usually 4 over a two week period) linked to different areas of the curriculum. These are all topic linked.
Today and on Monday pupils were given a randomly picked area (either creative, numeracy, literacy or expressive arts) and needed to show/ talk about the work they had done in that area over the last two weeks. We saw some lovely work! The fact they did this without adult support was great to see.
Pupils have one more set of missions (set today) linked to our current local area topic before they have some linked to their new topic! (more details on this to come!)
