Good morning everybody 🙂
I hope you all had a great half-term (parents/ carers included!)
As part of our Celts topic this half term, pupils will be making a money container. This week we will be evaluating different types of money containers.
In order for us to evaluate a wide selection I would be grateful if you could bring in a money container of your choice. It may be a purse, wallet or type of piggy bank (nothing too valuable, breakable or containing money). If the container is not yours, you must ask permission first. Please do this by Wednesday 8th June.
This Thursday (9th June) pupils will be walking to an old Celtic hillfort settlement in Ruabon.
The walk will take place after lunch and pupils will be back for home time. Pupils will need to wear appropriate clothing depending on the weather, including footwear (trainers ideal). Pupils will need to take a water bottle with them as they may find the walk tiring. They may also bring an extra snack to have with them for when they get to the hillfort.
Thanks and have a lovely day,
