Today we had our first music session with a lady called Cana (from Wrexham Music Services).
We learned about rhythm and pulse , doing fast and slow clapping.
We also learned about polyrhythms and melodies.
To finish we played a game of ‘Don’t Clap The Rhythm’ which pupils loved.
Cana will come in over the course of Y3 to deliver five more sessions, each focusing on a different aspect of music.
We are all looking forward to her coming in again! 🙂
