This week has been extremely busy! Firstly, we have been working hard creating Mother’s Day cards and a special Mother’s Day Gift Voucher. As our wellbeing focus this term is ‘Giving’ the children have created the vouchers independently and they have promised to give you their time to do something whether that be a foot massage, or even just some peace and quiet! We hope you enjoy them!
In maths, we have finished off measuring and we have started to work on counting in 2s, 5s and 10s. We will be continuing with this next week too.
In literacy, we have been busy writing facts about The Great Fire of London. We have tried hard to remember capital letters, full stops and finger spaces. We have then moved on to looking at features of a diary entry. This will help us with our activity next week when we write our own diary entries imagining we were at The Great Fire of London.
In PE, we had lots of fun practising the skills of throwing, bouncing and rolling.
Please remember wellies for Muddy Monday and your book bags.
Have a lovely weekend.
