Today in Muddy Monday we carried out a science investigation. We learnt that gravity pulls everything down and so we tried to show this.
We filled our bottles with water and pierced a hole in them with a pin which made the water fall to the floor. We then tried dropping the bottles and to our amazement the water stopped coming out of the hole.
This was because gravity was pulling the bottle and the water down to the ground at the same speed meaning the water stays inside the bottle.
