Hello the children have brought home their book bags today. In their reading bags are the following things:
Reading book and record
Phonics sound mat
Seesaw letter
Please could the reading book and record be returned every Monday (this is to give us enough time to change over the reading books ready to give them back out on Thursdays.
Phonics sound mat can be kept at home to practise.
Seesaw letter is for you to join our new Year 2 seesaw class and to see all the wonderful things the children get up to.
Also, we have started our Year 2 Prayer Book this week. In the prayer book we would like the children to write a prayer and draw a picture to show what they are thankful for in their lives. One child will bring home the prayer book each week and then they will lead our class worship where they will share their prayer with the rest of the class.
