Next week we will be continuing our work with dinosaurs. We will be writing a short story about a dinosaur with a focus on our capital letters, full stops, and finger spaces. We will then be looking at carnivores and omnivores and learning what they are.
In maths we will be briefly revisiting 2d shapes and we will go on a shape hunt around the classroom/outdoor area to see what shapes are around us everyday! This will help us to practise our skill of tally charts too.
As this coming week is Mental Health Awareness Week, and there is a theme of nature, we will be using our Muddy Monday session to get back to nature and use our senses to take in our surroundings.
Please remember to bring your wellies and come to school dressed in old, warm clothes that you do not mind getting dirty on Monday.
Finally, please remember to also return book bags on Monday so that we can then send them back out on Thursday.
Have a lovely weekend!
