The Christmas count down has begun and we’ve got some very excited children in Reception Class!!
This week, we have been hard at work putting the finishing touches to our Nativity. We can’t wait to perform it for you next Friday! Thank you for sending costume parts in and buying tickets! 🎟️🎶 There are a few missing costume parts so slips have been sent home today if these could be sent in as soon as possible. Many thanks.
We have been busy playing some Christmas games, helping us to take turns and share and realise that winning doesn’t matter but taking part is so much fun! 🎲
We’ve painted our own Christmas trees for our cards and have made some colourful calendars based on the seasons. 🎄 We learnt about the special Christingle Orange and created our own paper ones. There are some photos on Seesaw for you to see.
Next week, we are looking forward to watching the different dress rehearsals for the other Christmas concerts and of course performing our own.
We will also be enjoying some more festive activities including making Christmas decorations and a Christmas phonics hunt. Please note there will be no Welly Weds or PE due to our concerts. 🎄🎅🎄🌟🎶
