Bore da,
We hope you are getting on well learning about ‘Commotion in the Ocean’ and have managed to try out some of the ideas!
We were thrilled to get some post in school this week,  with some brilliant work about the seaside done by some very clever children.
Da iawn! You really made our day! If anyone else wants to send pictures or postcards to our school address then please do!
I’ve included some sentences about the seaside for you to have a go at reading. Remember to sound out each part of the word and blend it together. If you wanted you could have a go at writing your own sentence about the seaside!
This week we are thinking about keeping our bodies and minds healthy too! Have a go at some breathing exercises and yoga body shapes based on ‘Commotion in the Ocean’ by following this link.

This is one of my favorite books ever to do with kids. Ocean themed yoga poses for kids are the best! Try all the kids yoga poses of animals and creatures you can find in the ocean. Listen to the fun rhyming story, “Commotion in the Ocean” at the same time. Do some Mindful Listening and Mindful Breathing during the video as well. Fun kids yoga …

Normally in school at this time of year, we would be holding our Sports Day! As we aren’t together to have it, see if you can have a go at doing some of your own sporty activities.
Use the ‘Sports Day Bingo’ board attached for some ideas, or you can use your own. You could even get your family to join in too! They can be done inside on a wet day, or perhaps outside in your garden.

Keep smiling every day,
