Welcome back after our Easter break. It was lovely to hear the children’s news and they have settled back into the routines.
We have now started our ‘Growing’ topic. We have changed some of our areas and now have a garden centre shop and a planting area which includes seeds, plants, soil and gardening gloves – we love to play here! We enjoyed getting out in the fresh air in Welly Wednesday hunting for the 2D shapes that we have been learning about…..we even noticed that the swing seat was a rectangle!
It’s been great having some sunshine too so we’ve had lots of fun on the bikes.
Next week we will be reading Jaspers Beanstalk and growing our own beanstalks!🌱. We will be having fun practicing repeating patterns as well.
