News: KEY WORKER PARENTS ONLY- UPDATED IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Dear Parents
For those of you who have emailed at the end of last week,  to say either you or your partner are on the key worker list, the advice from Welsh Assembly Government has now changed.
The advice is as follows:
“If one parent is a critical worker but the other parent is not, then the other parent should provide safe alternative arrangements at home”
Both parents need to be on the key worker list in order for your child/children to be able to attend school. For this reason, many of you who have emailed may now not qualify for childcare in school. I understand this is short notice, but the situation is changing often and the reason the Government has made the difficult decision to close schools is to encourage social distancing. We need you to adhere to this updated information, in order to keep everyone safe.
For those parents who are both on the critical worker list or if you are a single parent and you are on the critical worker list,  your child/children may attend school tomorrow. You will be asked to confirm your roles as you “drop off” tomorrow morning by a member of staff.

Many thanks for your co-operation in advance.
Mrs Booth
