News: End of Term Message

Dear Parents
It doesn’t seem two minutes since I was writing something similar on our website this time last year.  When I wrote last year I honestly didn’t think we still be having to juggle Covid, but here we are again after another turbulent year!
I would like to thank each and every one of you for supporting us with home learning, bubble closures and the lovely emails we receive which make us smile.  The children have been absolutely amazing and I am so proud of all of them.  The resilience they have shown is to be commended.  I would also like to thank staff, they have all worked extremely hard and made sure that the children have still enjoyed their lessons.
The guidance for schools has recently been amended and we are led to believe that there is more guidance coming out during the summer holidays.  We will look at this guidance and review our risk assessment and inform you of any changes that we may be making in September.  In order for us to completely assess the situation, we will not be making any alterations to the operational procedures during the first full week back in September.
Once again, thank you so much for your support and please enjoy some well deserved family time during the summer.  Hopefully the weather will be on our side!
See you all in September.
Regards, Mrs Booth
